The Surfin' Spy: Dragon Lady and Wang Foo are smuggling silver into the country. Lance has been posing as a lifeguard to aid in figuring out how their doing it. But Lance himself is also being watched by Creto and Baron. His cover blown, Lance escapes and returns as a surfer. The Missing Link: Lance awaits the arrival of his uncle Mortimer. When it takes longer than it should, Lance begins to worry that he may have met with foul play . When they find his briefcase, Mata and Lance call APE headquarters, who inform the agents that CHUMP is behind his disappearance.
