Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends to learn how to do the long jump. With their help, Ziggy discovers that sand isn't just used to make sandcastles at the beach, that eating sports candy helps give energy for jumping, and that jumping is fun no matter how little you are . Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he demonstrates his move of the day; Stephanie and Trixie rate food for freshness; and Stingy thinks he needs gold shoes to make a long jump. Sportacus practices different jumps and Robbie Rotten tries to set a new world record in jumping.
