Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he introduces his latest exercise; Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest LazyTown news headlines . Stephanie and her friends are on the move as they show how to do the Bing Bang dance, while Stingy learns a lesson on what's needed to practise swimming. Pixel sets Sportacus a new challenge: to do a jump. Will Sportacus succeed?
