Pam and Matron attempt to escape from the notorious Wentworth prison in the most expensive special effects sequence ever filmed in Australia (the producer wishes to reassure viewers that NO live animals were killed in the process... well one stunt duck was badly singed, but they get paid to take risks like that!) . Freed by a fortunate plot, Pam and Matron return back to their beloved St Christopher's — back to the custody battle over the love of baby booey, back to a new husband, back to an old friend, back to old habit, back to Warren. Haunted by Effie's ghost, he vows that she will live again, that he would become... the Reanimator!
