LEE CHIU YAN and CHEUNG WING POR were very close friends. They have known each other since childhood. YAN always aimed too high and instigated POR to buy a luxury apartment at a very high price. As a result, it became a negative asset. POR’s wife HO LAI FUN hated him very much. YAN had owned debt. He intended to borrow money from financial company for stock speculation. He asked POR to be his guarantor . POR promised while FUN was angry. YAN’s parents LEUNG and KUEN were selling bra. They had to be economical because they also had negative asset. They were in despair with YAN’s gambling attitude. KUEN rejected to lend money to YAN for settling his credit card payment. YAN knew POR had savings of fifty thousand dollars. He then persuaded him using it to speculate margins. At last, they lost three hundred thousand dollars . POR blamed YAN of bringing troubles upon him. YAN left angrily……
