With hindsight she realises a lot of our earlier food experiences weren't exactly authentic - but they were... 'nice'. In Nice and Tasty, Myf explores Australia's recent food past . Are we ashamed of our national foods and if so why? Is there more to the food in the bain-marie of our local takeaway than we think? Along the way Myf chats to culinary icons including everyone from Peter Russell-Clarke to Matt Preston. She learns how to cook a dimmy and attempts to track down the elusive chiko roll chick from posters of her childhood .
