He says they'll accept a ceasefire if Colonel Gaddafi pulls his troops out of Libyan cities under rebel control . But they will not back down on their demand that Colonel Gaddafi must go. As officials in Japan say the evacuation of residents near the quake-hit Fukushima nuclear plant will be long-term, we ask what the catastrophe means for nuclear power.
