RIT A, the prosecutor, states that the police could only accuse the gang a few charges after reading the testimonies. They even could not sue the boss, TO MAN GIT, as lack of evidence. She even scolds SIR NG who let CHUNG shot stupidly. CHUNG does not tell them that T AI had fallen asleep. CHUNG convinces GOH to be the witness. TO is eventually being arrested. T AI wants to resign. CHUNG advises T AI to think carefully . Somebody was killed at the Mongkok Station of the Kowloon-Canton Railway. FO is the murderer. FO receives his money and plans to escape. On the way home he meets a woman. He again rapes this woman and leaves his watch. CHUNG gets the clue of FO's whereabouts. CHUNG and SUM search all flats and eventually find FO's flat, SUM bursts in and suppresses FO.
