A frantic Jessica tells her mom Mitch just CAN'T take everything and when they go down to the courthouse, the judge rules in Mitch's favor and declares Victor's last will to be valid. Mitch gets The Sun, The Banner, and Viki's life-long home Lanfair. Later he calls a mystery person saying everything will soon be theirs.Lindsay continues to be haunted by images of Sam .
