Vincent urges Betty to marry Steven, but she states they are only friends. Michael tells Vincent he won't go with him to Peru. Steven invites Betty for dinner at the former Harrington house. Matt tells Allison he is going to leave Peyton Place as soon as he finds a replacement for the newspaper. Back at home, Elliot admits he was asked to be Matt's replacement . He tells he will probably be confronted with his past as an ex-convict when he has such an important job. Meanwhile, Rita feels a lot better since her talk with Connie and Ada feels jealous about it, not her being the one who was able to cheer up her daughter.
