Norman tries to find Rodney, who just broke up with Allison. Rod, who turned 21 years old today, is at Ada's Tavern. There he meets an attractive young woman, Karen. They hit it off and dance, before being interrupted by Norman and Rita. Meanwhile, Connie is delighted to find out her daughter is finally able to walk again. Allison tells her mothers she wants to get out of the hospital and go back home . Elliot has trouble not being allowed to act as her father. Allison later admits to Dr. Rossi she can't stand to be around Elliot. When he hears this, he reveals Elliot is her father and that he is married to Connie. She refuses to believe him.
