Michael has to testify in court. He says that Rodney wasn't really angry, which means Stella was lying, as she told he was. After his testimony, Stella is recalled to the stand. She admits that, by the time, she was too confused to think straight. Meanwhile, Marian has returned to Peyton Place. John tells her he wants to forget about her affair with Russ. She responds by saying she never really had an affair, but they just exchanged thoughts . She also tells him about having hit Allison with the car and didn't stop after the accident. John urges her to tell the police and she says she is ready to do that.
