Angie and Tito are living in a cramped apartment full of their kid's toys. Even their car doubles as storage space. They want a large, modern house they can grow into, close to downtown, with a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, and lots of closets. The Property Brothers come to the rescue and help them find a budget-friendly dream home that can be renovated on time . With a budget that doesn't match the couple's expectations, Drew and Jonathan struggle to sell the potential of a fixer-upper. The couple is leery of the state of the house despite Jonathan's assurances. Angie's worst budget fears might be realized when the city inspector throws a wrench in the works not once but twice. But it's Tito's expensive tastes and opposing design preferences that could put her anxiety over the edge .
