She promises to find them a perfect, three-bedroom home in Wilmington's North End . But is the indecisive pair ready to sign on the dotted line? Amazingly, the first home they visit delivers everything on the couple's wish list. But when they decide to view a few more properties, will they lose the dream home to another buyer?
