Magically floating host Jesse Palmer invites the five bakers to create a "floating island dessert" using their chosen tropical fruit as the star ingredient. This light and airy dessert must be encased in a delicate, shimmering caramel net that appears to float effortlessly above the plate, showcasing both their pastry skills and imagination . Then, the competitors use concoctions from the Little Shop's Magical Elixir Bar to make an ice cream-filled cake bombe that's decorated to glow in the dark. Judges Duff Goldman, Kardea Brown and Nancy Fuller decide whose creation is the most magical and delicious.
