Next, Taylor heads to the coast, for the locally loved, Low Country boil. Then, he learns how to harvest and bundle some hearty collard greens. Later, Taylor tastes tea with an expert and gets a history lesson on the southern staple . Finally, for dessert, he bakes up a crunchy sesame cookie, called a Benne wafer.
