Nadiah has a tough time handling the retrenchment consultation sessions with irate staff who feels that they have been betrayed by the company, and Kwong San and Xue Ling have a crisis on their hands when they learn that some of the retrenched employees have gone to the press, and this might generate negative publicity for the company. However, Peter Tay tells them he has an idea to fend off the bad publicity. Arjun is introduced to an aesthetic doctor and his interest in that business is piqued when the doctor exalts the perks of the aesthetic business.
