Cody and Suzi Slay win a house that has great potential, but the post-auction tour reveals the house was in the middle of being renovated. The Slays are excited by the potential return on investment, despite a weird layout that has no usable closets but does have a large open space in the middle of the house. Suzi decides to have Cody build a luxury walk-in closet modeled after her closet at home . All of the house movers know that a certain home in Forth Worth has been vacant for ages, which usually means the interior is trashed. The Snow sisters win the house at auction, and are elated to find that the interior is in fantastic condition. This means they can make a big profit on a quick and easy flip.
