The Walshes are preparing for their annual visit to the Thai Bride restaurant but their progress is continually hindered. Carmel sees an unpopular neighbour about to visit so insists that everybody duck down with the lights turned off. Then she makes Rory change into a suit and the family is perplexed by a photo in its pocket of a strange man with cat and a giant rabbit . Finally Tony gets his biopsy report regarding his anal problem but is too nervous to open it. In fact he has got the all clear but by the time the Walshes leave the house they are so late that they may not have kept their table.
