With Simon successfully being elected as a dictator, and Underdog not being able to stop him, he demands Cad to bring him a banker, a builder, a baker, and Polly. He gives the four specific orders that they must follow: banker has to give him a lot of money, builder has to build a palace, baker has to make him a meal, and Polly has to put on a TV show for his entertainment . Once Underdog breaks free from the tickling, he goes over to Polly's TV studio and tells her that Simon and Cad weren't registered to vote, so their votes didn't count. As a result, everyone working for Simon takes everything back from him. Underdog bends the tickle gun so when Simon shoots it, he shoots it at himself making him laugh. And Underdog gets rid of all the feathers by blowing them off Earth.
