After complications from her gastric bypass surgery, Gerda is allowed to go home, while Mathilde is preparing for the same procedure. Together with Gerda and Davy, she waits in the hospital for the big moment, although the waiting is hard on an empty stomach . Tony and Derre pick up canaries from an acquaintance who can no longer care for them, but catching the birds proves to be a challenge. Teun and Ap are in Málaga to look into a holiday home for rental. In between, they explore the city, visit the market, and enjoy a drink on a terrace. However, due to a stomach flu, Teun has to stay near a toilet at all times, which makes the adventure just a little different.
