Mark meets Paul in Scotland and informs Paul that he's offered up his chef services to Lady Hopetoun and her guests at her family's palatial estate. Paul navigates the winding roads of the Scottish countryside and experiences the culture when he interacts with the locals at a traditional tavern before putting on the feast . When Alma learns that she must take the driver's test again in order to renew her license because she is turning 75, Bob offers to help prepare her for the test.
