MATTHEW proposes to ANGIE as they are shopping at a household store. To his disappointment, she tells him she has someone else on her mind. MATTHEW asks if that man is YUEN. MEI wants to appoint FU as director of the bank. YUEN agrees. However, when he tells MAN this he meets with his strong opposition. NIN casts a vote in opposition to the proposal in the directors’ meeting. As a result, the proposal is turned down. MEI is furious . YUEN appoints FU to be his assistant instead. It does not take FU long to grasp the power distribution in the bank with the help of TAI WING-LUK. PO works as an office assistant in the bank. The brothers are sharing with each other what they have seen on the first day at work when MAN shows up and blames PO for not doing his job well.
