A killer enters the hospital, to whom Boris Ivanovich was ordered. Kylo and Himalayan, having drunk alcohol, decide to lie in wait for the head physician and beat him . When the killer enters the ward, they mistake him for Wasserman, stun him and take away the machine gun. Threatening with a machine gun, friends convince the head physician to give them the serum.
